This apartment complex needs to be hit with a bulldozer. It is a mice haven. I have lived there for 2 yrs and they have been the worst two yrs of my life. after living their for 6 mos my car was stolen and the little dumb asses were driving it in the neighborhood now they have police live on the property and I was the one to find my car. The police did not come until 4 to 5 hrs. later(living on the property).The last year wasn't as bad because I got me a Yorkie and I didn't see the mice anymore. After 5 mos of having my dog they put up notices that you must get rid of your dog or be evicted. (from a ---- hole like this be real)I called to inform them that I did indeed have a dog and that I had given them several opportunities to get the problem rectified and it wasn;t so I took matter into my own hands and purchased me a dog to get rid of the extra company( mice) I was ALSWAYS having. I mean you could catch 2-3 mice in a day. Even in a matter of hrs. The lasdy Ms. Williams told me it was ok to have my dog since I was apartment shopping anyway and then December of 2007 one of my neighbors called to tell me that they had put up notices but only in our building about my dog. Now my dog is 6 pds. No bigger than some of the cats around their. He never barks and my neighbors and the kids in my court loves him. When me, my husband or oldest son walsk him we make it a priority to take a bag and clean up after him. I am looking to move because I refuse to give away something that is keeping me sane and the only thing that seems to be getting rid of them mice. Ms. Williams suggest that I get a cat when my sin is extrememyl allergic to them so how would that work. I just wish someone would have warned me before I went their to the jungle to make it a home. I asked a few of my neighbor in passsing if they too have problems with mice and they are like girl yeah it is off the hook. I guess if more people complained it may get better, but then again they think its from having the woods right across the street and I told them if they think that is the problem then CUT THEM DOWN. If anyone still decides to move around here my GOD be with you. Oh and last but not least I asked to be moved to a different apartment and they told me it was a waiting list for transfers and I asked was it due to the mice situation and I was told YES. Now that is what you call BS. Oh yewah and there is one laundry room facility for the entire complex and they are only open a few hrs. a day and about 5 or 6 hrs. on the weekend do forget about washing when you come home from work. That's out of the question. On mor ething maintanence is a complete joke they came in my house and fixed something that wasn't broke and should have been fixed in another apartmet was fixed in mine and they left all of the mess on the floor for me to clean up when I got home. Don't worry I lit them up first thing in the morning when they opened. You pay gas and electric.
