I have been living in Paradise for 12 years now and it has been a living hell. I have had major flooding,mold infestation due to the flooding that still has not been resolved. I have had major mice problems. I have been lied on, and lied to by management while they were standing ankle deep in backed up sewage. I have had to deal with rude workers in the main office as well as the maintance department. I have had no assistance from the home office. I have had to call in the houseing inspector inorder to get some help with my issues. I was transfered to a new unit which is just as bad as the one I moved from, now I am suffering from retaliaton from the rental office because I dared to publicise my living conditions. If you are thinking of moving to Paradise think again. Because I am on my way up out of here.
