Badly manged

I am a neighbor of this property and have been dismayed by how bad the grounds look. There are hardly any trees on the property, which means that all these windows are staring right out into the street. For residents, that means absolutely no shade to stay cool in the summer and no privacy from the tons of people and cars that go by on this busy street. For neighbors of this property, it speaks loud and clear that Caffritz Company does not care about whether their properties are an eyesore to the neighborhood.
Also, the renters here often complain of bedbugs and mismanagement.

If I'm correct, the above poster once stopped me on the street with a flyer about planting trees and wouldn't stop lecturing until I took one. I'm all for planting trees but she was very pushy and rude. I have lived here for over a year and have not once had a problem. Connie and Sidney are very attentive and if something needs repair, it is usually fixed within a day. There are so many flowers in the spring and summer and while more trees is always nice, we live in a city - it's not going to look like the rainforest. Also, neither I or my neighbors have ever had a problem with bedbugs - believe me, I asked. Normally, I wouldn't post on here but it bothers me when someone who doesn't even live in this building writes a negative post to further their own agenda.

I have to agree with the response above, this rating really bothers me. I've lived in the Park Crescent for a few months now, and find it to be a very well kept building. Connie (the Building Manager), Sidney (the Engineer) and Jose (the Porter) are some of the kindest management staff I've ever met (Sidney calls this building a family, which I think is really nice), they are incredible at fixing problems quickly, and keeping the building clean and nice. There grounds are well cared for and landscaped with shrubs and flowers out front, and the rest of the grounds are kept immaculate (Jose sweeps the curb & street in front of the building every morning as far as I can tell). Trees are great, but we live in a city. If you want trees, walk two blocks to the Zoo and enjoy them there & stop complaining about a well kept apartment building. People who don't live in the building shouldn't review what they don't know about. You can have your trees, I prefer my friendly staff, who maintain the building well, treat me likand my apartment like my home.

The original poster has an obvious chip on his/her shoulder. Where exactly on the property are trees supposed to be planted? There are tons of trees very close to the property anyway, and the building and grounds are beautiful, in no way an "eyesore."
