Park Crest at Glover Park

A Good Home In The City From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004   I've lived in the Park Crest for 6 years, and have lived all over the DC area for the last 14. Having read the other reviews, I have to shake my head -- the Park Crest has the most reliable building management of any rental property I've ever had; the apartments have the LEAST amount of sound-bleed from neighbors. Moreover, the people in the neighborhood are NICE. It's an actual NEIGHBORHOOD, where people give a ---- about each other. If people think the rent increases are unwieldy here, they should go to Virginia or Maryland, where the units aren't rent controlled. The Park Crest is rent-controlled, people! Anyway. Nice post-war buildings, nice people, utilities included, and you don't have to hike 15 minutes to a bus...the D1 and D2 are just a few short blocks away.
