Park Crest at Glover Park

Got out as quickly as I could From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Park Crest is by far the worst building I've ever lived in (and I've lived in 3 in DC). You will hear absolutly everything your neighbors do and say. The management is slow to respond even when I had a water leak. Don't fool yourself into believing things will change; THEY WON'T!!! I moved and it is the best thing I could have done. Do yourself a favor and don't even move in.
