Park Crest at Glover Park

Great place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   No problems living here like some of the other reviewers. The staff are friendly and usually respond very quickly to maintenance requests. We requested a new broiler pan for our stove and they brought us a new stove, 2 days later! We've had some mildew problems with the bathroom wall that messed up some stuff in the closet and they promptly fixed the problem and reimbursed us for the damaged items. People have to realize that it is a city apartment in an older building, which means that it has a charming appearance, but has some problems. If you are used to city apartments, as we were (coming from Boston) then you will probably like it here. But if you have lived in luxury high-rises your whole life, you probably won't like it. But for the price and the nice neighborhood in walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, Starbucks, Liquor Stores, Dry cleaners, and several bars and restaurants, it's great!
