luck of the draw From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   While I have had many insect problems in these much older buildings, I have come to believe that it is really just the luck of the draw in terms of whether you'll end up with an apartment with bug problems. Some people I know in these apartments have not had nearly as many bug problems. So it's up to you whether you want to take that chance or not. I have to say though their expedience in maintenance problems has greatly improved since I first moved in. I had to call the emergency maintenance recently and they arrived within 15 minutes with the problem fixed.
