Noise!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The noise issue would have to be my biggest complaint. We could hear ever step (and nearly every breath) from our neighbors above and to the side of us. We really didn't have a bug problem, which was a blessing, but this building offered few bells and whistles and needs desperately to be updated. As far the neighborhood, parking was tight and relying on the bus was a pain, but I always felt safe. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
