re: cheap but not exactly the ideal place

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Too many cockroaches; not exactly the most energetic management; air and heat are turned off at the whim of the management; and sometimes, a mild hostility to pets from management. But, this is a good location and the utilities--when they are turned on--are included in the rent.
