Incompetent, Nonresponsive Management; RATS, mice, roaches, and flies that eat decomposing RATS

Management is incompetent and unresponsive. They rarely answer the phone or return calls.
Maintenence workers rarely give notice before coming in to the apt nor do they leave notification after entering an apt. They do not show up when they say they are going to. When they do show up they do a subpar job fixing the problem and do not clean up after themselves. Very unprofessional.
There is a fitness room and a laundry room in the basement. Both are distgusting and smelly because of the rat and insect infestation.
There are rats living in the walls that are entering into some units. There are decomposing rats living in the air duct. The air that is circulated on each floor smells like dead rats with a hint of air freshener. Not healthy!
