Basically, this building SUCKS!

Pretty much everything about this building is terrible. There are rats, mice and roaches. The rats die in the walls, causing the entire building to reek. The building management is awful. They rarely answer the phone and it usually takes a shouting match to get them tofix anything. The maintenance crew is completely unprofessional. You never know when they are going to show up (if they do at all) and they usually leave jobs half-finished or poorly repaired. The building has a gym, which would be nice if it didn't stink of dead rats. All in all, a total dump. DO NOT RENT HERE.
