i visited today and looked for all the bad things but it appears that things have changed. hardwood, no smell, new gym, new management. they had good studio for 1210 and a baby 1bdrm for 1310.

Ugh, this guy must work for park east because that is not true. Yes it was renovated, but what is a new dishwasher worth when there is a nest of roaches living in it (true story of my apartment)?
