i visited today and looked for all the bad things but it appears that things have changed.

hardwood, no smell, new gym, new management.

they had good studio for 1210 and a baby 1bdrm for 1310.

Ugh, this guy must work for park east because that is not true. Yes it was renovated, but what is a new dishwasher worth when there is a nest of roaches living in it (true story of my apartment)?

Please note this person who is the ONLY one to date who recommends this place, never lived here. Take the advice of the rest of the reviewers who actually have had the misfortune of signing a lease!
