Have lived here almost 2 years. While we have never had rats or mice in our apartment (we have 2 cats) I have smelled the dying ones and know many neighbors who had to deal with them- they killed one woman's pet bird. Have had roaches. The management is pretty terrible- you can't leave a message and they only answer sporadically. And even when they say they are going to come they rarely do. I would caution anyone against living here.
