Overall, I am very disapointed with the maintenence staff. I have to agree with the other residents; the building is indeed rat infested, maintenence does not respond, period, they have very poor workmanship as they have left me apartment a mess when fixing something, and in my opinion poor workmanship and a non-responsive team is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. And I should mention the infestation of rats which has been an issue in the building for quite a while. Maintenence has delt with the problem by trying to cover up the problem. For example, they place air freshners in the vents to mask the putrid smell of decomposing rats. Maybe twice they hired exterminators, but we still have rats that are reproducing.
Also, maintenence is located next to the building, which should be coinvenient, right' Though it's not convenient since the doors are always locked and they never answer the phone.
All of these things I have told you give me more than enough reason to feel perfeclty comfortable discouraging anyone from renting here.
