Though there was a management change in December 2006, many of the problems still exist, and I think the worst is the rats (though a lot of it isn't much better).

Though I hate retelling this story, I knew of the rat problem when I moved in, but I thought if I was neat it wouldn't be a problem. However, I kept EVERYTHING in my refrigerator included Salt and Flour, and took my garbage out every night, but nothing kept them away. I ended up plugging the holes myself (which were in the moldy, poorly mantained ac unit) because the management couldn't solve the problem, and in order to do that I had to pull out a piece of the wall that was literally covered with rat piss.

The rat problem is so bad in this building that I wouldn't be surprised if there was a breakout of bubonic plauge there. For your own safety, I would stay away from this rat hotel.
