I moved in right after law school and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the building and the staff.

I am nice to them so they are nice to me.

My neighbors are spoiled and rude so, sadly I am not shocked that they're complaining.

This has GOT to be a plant... I am shaking my head. Funny coincidence that the management has been putting up helium baloons outside and big new posters. I think they are getting desparate. Ok anonymous, if you are not a plant, tell me, what do you think of the laundry and workout rooms? If you don't mind, what floor are you on that you don't hear rats in the walls? I see you like the parking. I guess you have never been towed for no reason. Sorry to hear that you find us rude. I am guessing that you are probably paying a pretty high rate, which means you have decent fixtures. Those of us who have units which are not jacked to the highest market rate don't have these. Instead we get hassled or ignored. I suppose that can make it harder to be happy about living here. But if you really think this is a great place, I'm happy for you.

Wow- how do you get through the day with all that seething anger? You are exactly who I was referring to when I said some of my neighbors are rude, and apparently obnoxious. You deserve to be happy- seek help.

You Sir or should I say Ma'm , obviously do not live in this building. If you did, you would know that the neighbors are the ones who are nice and the management rude. Readers, please ignore this "Anonymous" comment. It is a desperate attempt by management to fill empty apartments. "I am nice to them, so they are nice to me". It's not about nice it's about right and wrong and common courtesy, and this management lacks it. Anybody from Borger reading this...please....get some competent people who care to run this property.

Everyone who complains about rats and roaches are "spoiled"? I guess I see where you're going since management believes everyone should have to live with the rats and roaches since they choose to do NOTHING about it!! This must be management posting. Please don't believe this review.

I had an asthma attack yesterday. I saw a roach in my bedroom this morning. How can we report this management company to health and sanitation services, and yes I have been threatened by management to be towed, i got tons of parking tickets for leaving my car in front of the building (just to off load grocery) -- there has been leakages twice in my kitchen ceiling that took months to repair. This building is definitely not well managed and the staff are not friendly or polite. I am planning to move out but I worry about my health and my neighbors health at this point.
