Bad deal. Without warning or explanation, the Management Co. (Lenkin Management) decided to increase the AC fee 100% (from $40 to $80). This goes into effect annually from May - September. When the Management Co. was contacted, they would not verify reasoning for the increase and only stated that the increase was indefinite. For your own good, address this issue with the Corporate Mgt (Lenkin Company......so not professional in person and via phone. hint: trailer) upon moving in (if you decide to do so) and see what they say. Don't discuss this with staff on site as a blatant disconnect exists. Also, please note that there will be a rent increase every year.

When I moved in my rent was $500, now it is 1200 and I live in an efficiency. With the increase in rent, the building has seen no renovations and amenities remain the same. Hallways smell, elevators shut down frequently with tenants in them (keep in mind there is no ventilation in the elevators).

They (Lenkin Co) actually fired a gentleman they hired due the fact that he was demanding too many changes (changes that would be good for residents.....like putting money back into the building).

Just a shady situation, so I recommend one to proceed with caution. MAJOR rodent (mice and roaches) and spider INVASION. I am now in a position to afford better, so adios Park Hill.
