DO NOT MOVE TO THE PARK MERIDIAN. The management/leasing company is LESS THAN USELESS and are only there to tell you they never received your rent check even though you sent it to them 3 times and had to pay for the stop payments on all three checks. Oh, or even better, they cash the check and force you to produce the cancelled check but still file a summons against you in small claims court. You can forget about parking. The holdout latino families have it monopolized and even put up cones to ensure no one can even pull in to load/unload heavy items. I don't know about the garage parking because every time I have been down there I feel like I will be mugged/raped/worse by the sketchy characters who somehow enter the building. My favorite was the homeless man who decided he wanted to live/scream/pee in the stairwell between floors 7 and 8. Managment issued a letter warning residents about him 4 days AFTER the police caught up with him. Classic. They would be slum lords if not for the occasional cosmetic touch up and the lack of major structural problems. Although my upstairs neighbors' kitchen flooded through the two floors above her apartment and nothing was done about it for a week or so. Veda Williams is the woman in the office, supposedly. She is never there when you call and need help in cancelling your lease. Oh but she will tell Borger Management you still owe them thousands of dollars even though you have repeatedly produced the cancelled rent checks.

Williams is no longer the manager. There is a new manager now. Seems to be the same problems and issues regardless of who is the manager. they should really have someone who works in the office living in the building then things might change is someone was constantly being hounded. Not only that what is with having a family of 4 living in a studio. They try to get people in that won't complain or don't have the time to complain.

Park Meridian is the worst mgmt/apt complex I've ever lived. They ignore messages left for them, they will not fix things, the complex is a mess with sketchy people and dirty facilities. I've lost $20 bucks in quarters to the washer and dryer - which costs 1.75 per load! the fire alarm has been left on, and the front door doesn't always work with the key fob. NEVER LIVE HERE.
