I would say it's a great apt overall. Resaonably priced, great location. I would however recommend parking in the garage if you have a decent looking car. Apparently there are a couple of homeless shelters in the area. Car break-ins are pretty common if you park on the stree. Outdoor lot parking is $115/month indoor ($150/month). I would also recommend getting a unit above the 2nd or 3 rd floor if your unit is facing 16th St, as it gets quite noisy in the early morning. Also eletrecity is not included, which can be pretty pricey. Besides that it is a very clean and newly renovated apt. building with modern fixtures, with plenty of young professionals.
