I've been here for almost a year, and its been great. Price is reasonable, the apartment is clean and management staff very responsive to tenants.
Pros: Well maintained bldg, security at front desk, 10 minute walking distance to the Columbia Heights metro station.
Cons: apartments facing 16th street has the street noise, which can be loud sometimes. I
wouldn't recommend walking out alone late at night, especially if you are a woman.
