Quite an apartment From: DCguy96 Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   My boyfriend and I moved in on short notice and lucked out finding an apartment here. The upper-levels have great views, and the problems the did exist (weak water pressure, smelly elevators) have all disappeared since. Friendly staff, bike racks in the courtyard (though they could use a few more), and in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants - it's quite an apartment complex. I even know a few friendly neighbors on our floor.
