very good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I found this to be a very good value. This is my first apartment in DC (coming from NYC). This is a nice building with good staff. Not too much noise although one can sometimes hear kids on the nearby playgrounds during the day. Otherwise it is clean (and no vermin) and I am very happy with it. There is parking in the back. The location is quite good too. The only problem I have had is the insulation is not the best.
