Park Monroe

A great place to live!! From: foxifaye Date posted: 8/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I highly recommend the Park Monroe. I've lived here for 3 years and am sad to be moving soon. My boyfriend and I are moving in together and he has cats which they do not allow. The prices are reasonable, all staff are very courteous and helpful, maintenance is quick. i've seen only roaches a couple of times in my time here which is great considering some of the places i've lived in before. i would highly recommend this place to any prospective tenant! the only bad thing are the sirens and noise from 16th street. i would recommend getting an apt not facing 16th street.
