Decent but has problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Staff is good, but there are some basic problems with the building. No central heating, which means that your heat comes out of a little AC unit. That means that as soon as you turn it off, it's cold again. And you are paying for heat (via your electric bill), unlike in most apartments where it's included in the rent. Also no heating unit in bathroom. The only thing included in the utilities is water and gas. That's pretty cheap, compared to other buildings in DC. Location is good. Noise level is good also-- you don't hear noise from neighbors.
