Park Monroe

I love it here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I moved into the Park Monroe a few weeks ago and i absolutely love it here. the first thing i noticed when i initially checked out the unit is that they keep the building super clean and the hallways aren't dark and smelly. my unit was recently redone and so everything is brand new. i have not had any problems with bugs and the management office told me they do weekly treatments throughout the building to avoid bug problems. the management office is great and if there's anything wrong with your unit, they usually fix it the same day. there's a concierge and controlled access into the building which makes me feel very comfortable. i agree that the units are tiny, but the other places i've looked at in the same price range or a little more were about the same size. the one other thing is that you do get a lot of noise from the street which can be a annoying on the weekends when i want to sleep in (i live on the 8th floor and i can still hear it). but it's not a huge deal and tolerable. i would highly suggest the park monroe vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
