I lived at the Park Regent for over 2 years and was very pleased. The building looks great, the super is a nice guy and the staff is very helpful. Parking can be difficult, but the building is just a short walk to the Columbia Heights Metro station. That s all what I need. I loved the fact that I could walk to the Zoo and to Adams Morgan. Mt. Pleasant St is also a great option for a drink on the weekend if you want to stay away from 18th St. Dos Gringos has the best coffee in the area!
