Prospective Tenant Inquiry From: Swordfish28I Date posted: 8/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My girlfriend and I are moving to DC and are searching for apartments. I wanted to ask any of the tenants if they have experienced any problems that would be helpful in making decision about this or any other apartment. Things like: bugs, mice, rats, maintenance problems, management problems, thin walls, security issues, building conditions (too old, dark lighting, stingy hallways or carpeting, etc) would be helpful. If anybody has the time please reply.
