Love love park square!

I have a great spacious studio apartment in this building for the past year. The space is great and I love the big closet with built in compartments.

The kitchen linoleum seems a bit worn, but that is my only complaint. Everything about living in this building has been great! I have not seen any pests ever since I moved in (rare for a dc building!). The management has been very helpful and great to deal with.

Their is a gym downstairs that is super small. There is no treadmill, but I just run in the park across the street anyway. I love the location because its near the U street and Adams Morgan areas.

I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! Great experience.
