Great value, nice character

The apartments have interesting character, though there are no special ammenities that come with the building.

Location on a fairly quiet street close to Adams Morgan.

Parking was better here than on neighboring streets, though that may have changed.

The manager at the time (Andy) was incredibly helpful and personable.

I haven't seen the place in 2 years, but I bet he's done some work on it, as he's always looking for upgrades.
