	The building is well kept, the apartments are small but very well kept up, the managers are responsive and friendly, recommended all around.

	The Parkside is a great place to live although slighty off the beaten path in Adams Morgan. No real amenities. The staff do a good job keeping the building in shape and problems to a minimum.
