this is a nice old building in a great location near the cleveland park metro. the back units of the building face klingle valley park, which is lovely. sadly, most people who live here are trying to get out because the management company, DARO, is just awful. they don't hire enough people to properly maintain the building, so the maintenance guys are stretched thin. the management basically ignores you when you have a question or issue--their strategy is clearly to either hope that you will stop bugging them or hope that you will move out so that they can raise the rent. a major construction project is taking place in front of the building and they did not warn the residents nor have they taken any steps to communicate with us about the major disruption this has caused in our lives. overall, cannot wait to get out from under DARO, one of the worst landlords/management companies i have ever dealt with. don't give them your money.

This management company is the worst that I've ever dealth with. It takes weeks to get a response to anything. I was so fed up I called the city inspectors to come to my apartment. Only then did I get any action. The location is great but the rent is way too high for what you get here. I have lived in several cities in the U.S. and dealth with many rental companies. This is the worst one of all.

I agree...DARO is terrible. I had bug issues and major maintenance issues here. Experience the Daro Indifference.
