There was a time when this building was ok. We had a resident manager who was a little batty, but she was committed to her job and was reachable and helpful at all times. Since they got rid of her, it has been a horrible slide. The maintence people are nice, but either totally useless or simply too busy. The management office is rude and difficult and utterly unresponsive. It's really a shame, because the location is fantastic and the building could be very cute. But don't do it. Seriously.
