DO NOT MOVE HERE

I would not recommend anyone living in these apartments, and would not even give this building a 1 on the rating scale. There are numerous problems, and no one has EVER tried to repair any of them. The roaches and mice are the worst I have ever seen. The roaches are EVERYWHERE, even in the lobby. I contacted the management several times about their rodent problem, and no one has done a thing. I honestly feel like I live in a third world country most of the time. The paint is pealing off the walls, and there is always trash in the hallways.
I thought that I had found a gold mine because the prices are so low for being in Northwest. Do NOT be fooled by the prices. Look elsewhere.
If you think the mice and roaches are bad, trust me it gets worse. There was a lingering smell of vinegar in the hallways. At first I thought that someone might have been using this for cooking. However, the smell never went away. When I googled vinegar use, I found that vinegar is used in the making of crack. To my surprise I have found myself living in a crackhouse.
The noise is also insane. Every Saturday morning I am able to hear EVERYONE's music. I can hear EVERYONE's conversations. And I can hear EVERYONE's sneezes.
This building should be condemned. Even though the price looks like you could be getting a deal, do not move here. It will drive you crazy.
