Do not rent old or remodeled

This complex is full of retired drunkards and crackheads. Everyone is old, there are a few students and young people but they only stay a year and then they move just like myself. The remodeled apartments are managed by William C Smith. The maintenence and upkeep are good, However these are just small and crappy apartments. Buildings are not sound proof at all you can your neighbors answer machine take a message loud and clear. It makes your neighbors seem very noisy and you will not get any relief if you are on the bottom floor it sounds like your niegbors are stomping and they are not. Huge roaches and water bugs in the spring and summer. It's uncomfortable all year round. You can't control the heater. And with a decent size window unit AC you will always blow a fuse every few days. It's a alternative to the more expensive apartments in the area. But you'll understand why if you decide to move here. The neighborhood and crime is not bad, could be cleaner but your neighbors don't give a damn
