Sorry, I can't seem to agree with the other comments. I had a very good experience at Pleasant Hills at CUA during my stay. The staff were helpful and able to take care of my needs if I had any concerns. The location in Brookland was just great for my studies and part-time job at the time. The bus and subway were easy to get to as was the rest of the city. There was plenty of street parking (not zoned!) and never had a problem when it came to getting my laundry done with my schedule. Overall, I felt safe, secure and enjoyed this quiet area of DC.
