Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I liked Pleasant Hills near Catholic U. My friends and I liked the location and it was great becuase we were students. The Metro bus comes through the neighborhood and the subway line (Red Line) is close, too. The rent was great for our budgets and the staff were helpful. Location and price were key for us.
