Very nice neighborhood but not so nice apts

The neighborhood is very nice...Wonderful to walk around 711 up the street. My problem was with the office staff. They were hardly ever availble and rude. I had rats and huge roaches...it got to the pint were I did not even stay in my apartment because of the rodents and roaches. The heat does not work right now and they have came to fix it twice. the apt is not as big as it looks...I had to give away one of my couches and my bedroom has no space to move around. there are wholes in the floors (thats were the rats come from. the Hot water in the shower works when it wants and the apt has mold...which I have had ask them to take care of three times...thier solution paint over it. ...
