Great location, very good price for me

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
As a newcomer to the DC area, Pleasant Hills worked well for me and my roommate--ideal location and the price for the apartment worked nicely with our budget. Quiet overall and plenty of street parking and didn't have to worry about tickets. Close to the Metro Red line and the bus was out front. It worked very well for me when I lived in DC.
