I have been living here for nearly a year and loved every moment of it! Staff are friendly, you can always stop for a chat, when something needs fixing, it gets done straight away.
The building - inside and out is kept very clean, the gym is super, and the sundeck has the best view of the whole area!
The walk-in closets are huge (at least in our apartment) and you hardly hear your neighbours - which is surprising since most have cats and dogs, but you never hear them!

They have a free breakfast Mon-Fri, and you feel very safe.
Walking distance (3-7min) to Wholefoods and Safeway, close to Bus and Metro, .... but I tend to walk to work.

The reason why we are moving' They are putting the price up and it's has been a bit expensive as it is.
We've been renting a studio with a den, which is actually big enough for a bed, so we used it as a one-bedroom.

My recommendation: If you can afford it, you'll love it!
After living here, it'll be hard turing expectations down a little for those more affordable, but less luxurious places.
