You DO NOT always get what you pay for...

This overpriced building is the biggest laugh in the city and on its residents. You DO NOT always get what you pay for.
The staff is terrible with customer service. It's obvious they did not train with Nordstrom employees (talk with someone from post corporate and you quickly learn where it comes from). It takes weeks to have anything fixed, if it is ever fixed at all, kitchens have partical board shelving that buckels with a gallon of water, the elevators are way slow, the common halls on the floors are in need of paint. And for a newer building the lobby seems to always has a poluted river smell.
While the pool, gym, and roof are first-rate, I have told my company to stop doing business with post properties and to relay this message to our clients and customers. I hope you will do the same.
