In contrast to a few other posts, I find the staff, maintenance people, etc. to be extremely polite and helpful and when I've needed things to be fixed or taken care of, it is done very quickly (usually on the same day.) I really have nothing to complain about. It is expensive but you get a lot for what you pay for, in my opinion. When friends come to visit me, they are in absolute awe of the building. Sure the elevators are slow sometimes and sometimes the lobby smells a little bit, but no builing is perfect, and I really can't imagine moving anywhere after this.

Why are you anonymous -- are you the management? I understand why someone unhappy would post anonymously but someone happy... Sounds suspicious.

he has been caught answering these before. I dont know why they wont get rid of him....is it because he is --- and can sue them?? He does suck. I fought with him and atlanta for 2 months to solve a rat issue in 08
