I had very high expectations when I moved in. While aesthetically pleasing, you soon realize everything is very cheap. Management think if they give you a free breakfast and a plate of cookies that it justifies paying such high prices. In reality, the place isn't all that nice- I had ROACHES and I was told that pest control had been there twice when in fact they hadn't. Finally, after I kept complaining, pest control came but the problem never went away. It was a full out infestation. And they took a whole $100 off of my rent. How generous. And, then, after moving out, they had the nerve to keep my security deposit and charge me an additional $50 because the carpet received some typical wear and tear. Give me a break.
I've since moved to a much nicer place that is much more reasonably priced.
