I feel like I found the best building all the way around, the doorman/concierge are priceless and so accommodating. I feel safe and included. The convenience to everything is roof top is spectacular

Very clean and well maintained building. Great amenities that are always well maintained and large enough to serve the whole building. 24/7 front desk with very helpful staff. Incredibly helpful and nice leasing office staff.

Stole a check rom me!

I love this building. The apartment is beautiful and the staff were so helpful when I moved in. The amenities are also beautiful and the rooftop pool is awesome. I'm so excited to stay here and enjoy life in DC.

Post Mass Ave is a luxury building with excellent amenities, location, & staff. It has a rooftop terrace (with a pool), concrete walls, & a 24/7 security desk - so it's definitely a safe residential community on the outskirts of downtown DC.

Everything is going great. Some appliances may need service quite often, but the maintenance team is great. In general, we are very happy living here, but it would be great if some appliances (as the A/C) do not fail so often.

This is a very nice building in a great location, but post-pandemic the rent increase was exorbitant. The only reason we would move is if the next rent increase were also very high and not a normal increase.

A location is perfect. Wherever you need to go is in a walking distance. A bustling business street is a bock-away but this apartment itself in a quite and beautiful neighborhood. Very safe neighborhood, too!

I really enjoy living at Post Massachusetts Ave. The staff and amenities are great, as is the community. In DC, it can be hard to find affordable buildings where the residents aren't right out of college.

Great experience. Friendly staff and great amenities. The apartment is super nice. Sometimes I could hear neighbors in the first floor screaming which was odd. But otherwise very nice experience. Great value for what you pay.
