Boring in a good way. The north side of the building seems to have garbage trucks (noisy) doing their thing multiple times a day in an alley but it wasn't a big deal. I never had any big problems with this building. Neighbors were quiet. There are a lot of GW students. No luxuries. Reasonable place to live at market rates. Overall, the neighborhood and building are boring but in a good way.
