for the money, it's a great place to live in foggy bottom. you really can't beat the price for a clean, well maintained building. the area can be very noisy and the old windows don't help the situation. like most parts of dc, you hear sirens a lot and if you live in the back of the building, you will hear a lot of traffic going through the alley (including garbage trucks in the wee hours of the morning). it is however a very convenient location- close to metro, cvs, 711, liquor store and management tries to help with most things. If you need to live in Foggy Bottom, check this place out. Otherwise, consider a different neighborhood because it's dead on weekends and there's not a lot to do other than stare at monuments.
