I didn't live in the Potomace Place Condo building at 800 4th St. SW, but I wouldn't have lived in the building while it was rentals.
That being said, buyers please understand that the 800 Buidling is under different management than the condos. Once the buidling has been completely converted to condos and buyers have moved in the 800 Building will come under Association and Mindel Management.
Then condos are awesome that they are converting them into and anyone who tells you that this neighborhoos is oh so unsafe, well I've lived here two years and had no problems. Plus, any time you live in a city you run the risk of being mugged, having your car broke into, etc. ANYWHERE. There's more going on in Dupont and Adams Morgan than over here.

I live down the street from this place (2 blocks) and totally agree. This neighborhood is very nice looking lots of trees and very safe. I go out at night a lot and walk home by myself at all hours of the night from the metro and have NEVER felt any more unsafe than when I lived in Yuppie Fairfax County.
