I've been living here for 5 years and absolutely love it here. Wonderful location, wonderful view, gorgeous pool, huge balcony with 180 degree view of the city -- it's really a wonderful place. Neighbors are awesome, the management and maintenance staff are incredibly responsive and helpful...I really have no complaints.

And as someone who has lived here a long time, I'm pretty shocked by those who compain about roaches, because I think I've seen 2 or 3 in the entire time I've lived here! Perhaps the people complaining about infestation are slobs and have brought it upon themselves' I'm just sayin.... Anyway, don't let those comments about roaches dissuade you from moving here...it's a great building!
