Promenade Apartments

Nothing special, but good enough From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've lived here for the past two years. The Promenade is rather sterile, but I don't have much to really complain about. Pros: Noise - I'm lucky enough to have a corner apartment and my neighbors seem to be very quiet. I've heard other residents complain about noise in the past but it hasn't been an issue for me. Location - Depending on what your lifestyle is, Adams Morgan can be a great location. Metro stops are a good 10-15 minute walk, but the bus is at the doorstop. Otherwise the restaurants and clubs are very close. Cons: The rooms are small and the rent is high. You don't get a whole lot in the form of amenities for the rent. For the rent you pay, I would expect things like a business center and a fittness room.
