I'm finding these reviews very helpful, so I hope to help someone else looking the Promenade. I very much enjoyed my year of living here. I lived in a studio on a low floor, so one of the least expensive apartments. GREAT location. Always quiet, I never heard my neighbors. The pool was one of the best parts, I miss having that luxury. The managements wasn't always friendly, but efficient and always responded to my requests in a very timely manner. The maintanence guys were great. All utilities included, which is a definite plus, even if rent is getting up there. Laundry room was adequate for the building, I never had anyone take my things out of the washer. The closet space in the apartment was fantastic. The kitchen was a bit old and needs remodeling. If you have a car, this is a difficult location to live in. The garage parking with the apartment is VERY expensive. Street parking is scarce and I often had to park in a residential district many blocks away. Overall, a very good place to living.
