Best Deal in DC !!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Over 50 % of the tenants have been there for years and I know why. Great location, midway between Dupont Cir & 18th st, fabulous views of the city, more than accomodating staff, clean, friendly tenants...I could go on...don't pass this one up. One of the best amenities is their trash room. You wouldn't believe the great things people throw out. I nearly furnished my apartment from there.
